The royal family is embroiled in a scandal after the errant Princess Barbara managed to escape from the palace and wander through the forest in quest of a gorgeous prince. She is, however, abducted by Buka, the most dangerous robber in the realm, and thus misses out on her long-awaited reunion with him. Buka's life is swiftly turned into a nightmare as it becomes evident that the brisk princess is willing to go to any lengths to achieve her aim. As a result, the restless Varvara sets out to construct her own system of law and order in the forest.
