Spud 2: The Madness Continues
Despite the passing of the years, Spud Milton's journey toward manhood continues at an unnervingly sluggish rate. With his fifteenth birthday looming and no evidence of the long anticipated ball-drop, Spud is coming to grips with his uniqueness. Wombat the demented grandma, a mother who wants to leave the country, and a father who makes money selling moonshine are just a few of the things that the new year seems to bring. Instead of being the youngest or tiniest student, Spud will no longer be doing so at his old boarding school. His Crazy Eight roommates have a new member, and his house has a fresh group of first-year students (the Normal Seven). Spud, on the other hand, is gravely misguided if he believes his sophomore year will be an easy one.
