Uppercase Print
In 1981, chalk slogans written in uppercase letters started showing up in public areas in the Romanian city of Boto?ani. They required freedom, alluded to the democratic developments occurring in Romania's socialist sis countries or merely called for renovations in the food supply. Mugur C?linescu was behind them, who was still at school at the time as well as whose instance is documented in the data of the Romanian secret authorities. Theater supervisor Gianina C?rbunariu created a documentary play based on this product.
